Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CloudPSO's careers and workforce websites:

• app.cloudpso.com: job portal, candidate workspace and staff portal;
• careers.cloudpso.com and cloudpso.zohorecruit.com: careers site hosted by Zoho Recruit.

In these terms, "CloudPSO", "we" and "us" mean CloudPSO Inc. By using the sites, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

1. What the sites are for

The sites let you:

• browse open roles and apply;
• schedule interviews and receive offers;
• if you work with us as a contractor: sign agreements, complete onboarding, view payments, request time off and manage your records.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate, current information, and update it if it changes.
• Tell us right away at privacy@cloudpso.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that is misused or inactive, or when an engagement ends.

3. Applications and offers

• Applying does not guarantee an interview, offer or engagement. We decide at our discretion and in line with applicable law.
• Information you submit must be truthful and yours to share. Misleading information may lead us to withdraw an offer or end an engagement.
• An offer is binding only when both you and CloudPSO have signed the written agreement. Your signed agreement governs your engagement, including pay, payment timing, leave and termination. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
• AI tools may help our team review applications, but people make all hiring decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access accounts, data or areas you are not authorized to use, or try to get around security controls;
• upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains other people's personal information without permission;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the sites;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, including during identity verification;
• use the sites for any purpose other than recruiting and working with CloudPSO.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you submit, such as your CV. You give CloudPSO permission to use them to evaluate you, communicate with you and manage your engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our content

The sites, their design, text, logos and software belong to CloudPSO or its licensors. You may use them only to apply for roles and manage your engagement with us.

7. Third-party services

Some features are provided by other companies: Zoho Recruit, Veriff, DocuSign, Wise and Microsoft. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply when you use those features. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the sites available and accurate, but we may change, pause or discontinue features, and the sites may sometimes be unavailable. Job listings can change or close at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The sites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your signed agreement or under laws that cannot be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CloudPSO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the sites. Our total liability for any claim about the sites is limited to USD 100. This section does not apply to obligations under your signed agreement, such as payment for work performed, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the sites at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if your application or engagement ends. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12, will continue.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your signed agreement or mandatory local law says otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the sites after an update means you accept it. We will tell you directly about significant changes.
